The Steigenberger Al Dau Beach Resort is home to the Algotherm Red Sea Thalasso & Spa, a unique spa and wellness center covering more than 1000 m2.

Thalasso therapy is based on the curative properties of sea water, sea salt, sea climate and seaweed. Through therapeutic baths, massages with special cremes, and mud wraps, minerals contained in the sea such as calcium, iodine, iron and magnesium are fed to the body. Thalasso increases the metabolism, boosts blood circulation, tightens the skin, reduces cellulite and offers relaxation for body and mind.

Established and being operated by French thalasso-therapy professionals Algotherm, the center features:
